 Planmeca ProMax: Should I Upgrade to CBCT?

I have a PlanMeca ProMax Digital Pan machine, upgradable to CBCT. I am wondering if I should upgrade to CBCT? Does anyone have experience with this machine to comment on durability, quality, etc. ?
