Shipping and Ordering


You can place orders online or by calling us at: 1-888-330-3964. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. If you prefer, you can also checkout with PayPal. Unfortunately, at this time, we can only accept orders from customers in the continental US and select International countries. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping method and charge – United States Domestic

Shipping/handling charge is flat $12 on each order delivered via ground shipping in the continental US. Standard shipping is FREE for any orders over $400. Orders shipped within the U.S. are usually delivered within 5 to 7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. If you require expedited shipping fee, please choose that option when you check out. Our website will estimate the expedited shipping fee for you.
Note: we must receive your order by 3:00 pm EST to ship the same day

International Shipping: Select Countries

At this time we can only ship internationally to the following countries: UK, Australia, and Canada, and other select countries. When you checkout you will be offered the international rate to ship to these countries. Custom clearance and tariffs, duty and/or broker fees, and any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us and we will consider shipping to your country.


Due to FDA regulations surrounding many of the physical products on, ALL sales on for any instruments and/or bone grafting products are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. For orders related to educational products, like DVD's and Live Courses, these may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the course has not yet occurred or the DVD has NOT been opened. All Online CE Orders are final and non-refundable.
