What is special about the reamers and drills in your Sinus Lift Kit?
The main unique aspect of this kit are the crestal reamers, which feature built in internal irrigation allowing for hydraulic pressure during the crestal lift. The lateral reamer drills in the Sinus Lift Master Kit are coated with diamond to prevent perforation. Also, using a disc shape for the lateral reamers and drills, providers for easier and more effective cutting and groove holes to remove bones.

Use of Stoppers
- Choose a stopper that is 1mm less than the residual bone height as measured in the x-ray. Drill with copious irrigation.
- After drilling up to 1 mm of sinus floor, stop and choose the appropriate Crestal Reamer and attach stopper that is approximately equal to the residual bone height (i.e. 1mm longer than previous stopper used with the Crestal Drill) .
The sinus floor is approached carefully and with light apical pressure. Stopper provides you with a safe operation.
