Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
Shipping method and charge – United States Domestic
We only ship during regular business hours, Monday - Friday. We we must receive your order by 3:00 pm EST to ship the same day on normal business days.
Standard Flate Rate shipping is by FedEx or USPS to any location in the continental US. Delivery times are 3 to 5 business days.
Shipping charge is a flat $14.99 on each order under $499. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $499.
We also offer expedited FedEx 2-Day or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for an additional fee. If you require expedited 2-day or overnight shipping fee, please choose that option when you check out. Our website will estimate the expedited shipping fee for you based on the weight and size of package.
For any orders over $1,000, with the exception of any orders for Centrifuges and/or Beacons, we will ship your order FedEx 2-Day for you for FREE! Simply choose the Free shipping option, and them immediately email us requesting 2-day Shipping, and we will ship it FedEx 2-Day. We must receive your email requesting 2-day shipment for orders over $1,000 immediately after your order to ensure proper processing.
Note: Due to package weight, orders for centrifuges and any centrifuge packages ONLY ship via Ground Delivery. No exceptions.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number from the carrier, so you can track the delivery of your order.
