Implant placement with GBR and CTG

This is a live surgery video showing implant placement with GBR and a connective tissue graft. The connective tissue graft is placed over the membrane and sutured. Be sure to watch to the end where you can see the results of a temporary created with intraoral scanning and a 3d printer. When doing a CTG it is often easier to use Acellular Dermis. Acellular dermal matrix (ADM) or acellular dermis, has the natural elasticity of human skin. It is generally used for root coverage, gingival augmentation, or soft tissue augmentation around implants, when a CTG or FGG with autogenous tissue is not an option.
